What if my package is lost/missing?
Once items are shipped out we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen, or delayed items while orders are in transit from the shipping company. Please contact the shipping company to resolve any shipment issues regarding your package & also make sure that you file a claim regarding your order.

 

How long does it take for my order to ship?

For processing times please allow 1-2 business days to process your order, and 3-5 business days for shipping. Any orders placed on the weekends, will be shipped out on the next business day. All orders will be shipped out through USPS.

 

Do you offer returns?

There are NO refunds/exchanges/ or returns, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
